MSI Cubi 3 Plus


MSI has unveiled new additions to its range of Cubi mini PC systems, making available for new systems ranging in price from US$ 427 upwards. The new MSI Cubi 3 Plus has been designed to provide a powerful compact desktop PC that is capable of supporting a 65 watt Intel Core i7-7700U quad-core processor.

Unfortunately the larger and more powerful system is not boundless like the previous Cubi 3 mini PC which was unveiled back in June 2017. Although the MSI Cubi 3 Plus does include a 5×5 STX board with an LGA1151 socket allowing the processor to be upgraded or replaced if required.

Pictures on all the systems include M.2 SSD slot, a 2.5 inch drive bay, a 3.5mm audio jack, HDMI 1.4, DisplayPort, and VGA ports, 3 x USB 3.1 Type-A ports, 1 x USB 3.1 Type-C port, 2 x USB 2.0 ports, and connectivity provided by 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2 and Gigabit Ethernet jack.
