Lenovo has launched an array of products in its
Think product lineup in India. Some of these premium laptops were introduced
last year. The company has launched ThinkPad X1 Carbon, ThinkPad X1 Yoga,
ThinkPad X270, ThinkPad Yoga 370, ThinkPad L470, ThinkPad T470, ThinkPad T470s,
ThinkVision X1, ThinkVision P27h and ThinkVision T24i in India.
The ThinkPad X1 Carbon has a ThinkVision X1 display
with a USB type C port, new with Intel’s Skylake processors, thinner and
lighter design. It also has a fingerprint sensor with a dedicated chip for
biometric processing and new face recognition Infrared camera. It is available
at a starting price of Rs 1,23,000.
The ThinkPad X1 Yoga is the first convertible device
with an optional 14-inch (2560×1440 pixels) Samsung OLED (Organic Light
Emitting Diode) display, apart from the standard 14-inch (1920×1080 pixels) IPS
LCD display. It also has an active stylus, which docks into the keyboard base
and can be charged when docked. It weighs 1.27kg and is 16.7mm thick. ThinkPad
X1 Yoga is available at a starting price of Rs 1,45,500.
The ThinkPad X270 is an ultra-light device, which
promises to offer 21 hours of battery life. It is priced at Rs 89,600 while the
Lenovo ThinkPad Yoga 370 is priced at Rs 96,000 and comes with a 360-degree
hinge. This 2-in-1 flips easily from laptop to tablet mode.
Lenovo has also introduced 27-inch (3840×2160
pixels) UHD ThinkVision X1 borderless display, which is just 7.5 mm thick. It
has support for single USB-C docking ability, DisplayPort 1.2 with support for
UHD at 60Hz and has TUV Eye-Comfort certification. The ThinkVision X1 monitor
is priced at Rs 45,000. The other in the monitor series is the ThinkVision
P27h, which is available at Rs 36,000. It comes with a flicker free QHD display
with TUV eye comfort certification.
