OPPO has finally made the F3, the smaller sibling that's also equipped
with a dual front camera setup. Unlike its bigger brother, the OPPO F3 won't
come with the new antenna band design for better signal reception. Instead,
it'll share identical design found with the ageing F1s / F1s Upgrade.
Coming from the HD TFT screen of the F1s series,
OPPO upgraded the resolution found with the F3. It'll now load with a 5.5 inch
FHD IPS In Cell w/ Gorilla Glass 5 protected 2.5D curved glass on top. Inside,
it'll be powered by the familiar 64 bit MT6750T octa core processor w/ Mali
T860 graphics and dual ISP for dual camera support. It'll be paired with large
4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of expandable storage. The battery was upgraded to 3,200
mAh, but it won't have the VOOC super fast charging support of F3 Plus.
Instead, it'll only be compatible with a regular 2A quick charger. Behind,
it'll be packed with a 13 MP f/2.2 w/ PDAF and dual tone LED flash camera with
manual controls.
In front, it'll share the impressive 16 MP f/2.0 w/
AF + 8 MP 120 degrees wide angle lens and screen flash. It'll enable you to
shoot super wide angle shots that's great for groufies and outdoor shots. On
top of that, the camera software has a good type of beautification levels and
background blur feature to create bokeh effect.
The new OPPO F3 Plus will be available in Philipphine starting May 13, 2017 for PHP 16,990. Pre-order starts tom until May 12, 2017.
