Taiwanese brand Sugar has officially launched its
latest smartphone in Taiwan dubbed Sugar Y7 Max.
Sugar Y7 Max features a 5.5-inches IPS touchscreen
display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution (HD), which is sufficient for daily
usage. It is powered by 64-bit MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor, which
consists of four Cortex A53 cores and Mali T720 MP2 GPU alongside 3GB of RAM memory.
The internal storage of Sugar Y7 Max is 16GB and supports microSD
card.
This 5.5-inches device has a 13-megapixel camera on
the back with LED flash alongside an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for both
selfie and video calls. With the supportive LED flash, users are able to
capture brighter photos during the night and under low light conditions.
Furthermore, the LED flash is can be used as a flash light as well.
Sugar Y7 Max is
compatible with multiple LTE network bands and supports dual SIM, hence users
are able to insert two SIM cards together. Other key features/specs are USB OTG
(TBC), 3.5 mm audio jack, multiple sensors, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11
b/g/n, as well as a micro USB port instead of reversible USB Type-C.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow version is the operating
system of Sugar Y7 Max. As for the battery, it does come with 4,000 mAh of
battery juice (non-removable). This Marshmallow flavoured smartphone is
available in Gold and Black colors, is priced at NTD 6,990 in Taiwan through
Taiwan Mobile.
