Lava Ivory Pop
The Indian
manufacturer has launched yet another voice-calling tablet in the market. The
Lava Ivory Pop tablet is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom processor and is
priced at Rs. 6,299.
The Lava Ivory Pop tablet sports a metal back, with
the volume and power buttons housed on the right edge. The 3.5 mm audio jack is
situated at the top, while the speaker is seen located at the back. The tablet
features a 7-inch (1024x600 pixels) dual Twisted Nematic multi-touch capacitive
display. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Intel 'Sofia 3G-R' Atom processor
paired with ARM Mali 450 GPU and 1GB of DDR3 RAM. The tablet offers 16GB of
inbuilt storage, with support for further expansion via a microSD card (up to
32GB).
On the camera front, the Lava Ivory Pop tablet
sports a 5-megapixel rear camera with autofocus, and a 2-megapixel front camera
for selfies. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and supports dual-SIM slots. It
packs a 3000 mAh battery, and unfortunately, it does not support 4G
connectivity. However it does come with 3G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, and 3.5mm
audio jack support. The tablet measures 187.9x107.8x8.8 mm, and is only
available in Dark Grey colour option.
The tablet offers read and write support of 21 local
languages. Lava is also offering one year manufacturer warranty for the Ivory
Pop tablet, and six months manufacturer warranty for other inbox accessories.
