Lava A82
Lava recently launched the A59, A79, and
the A67 smartphones for Rs 4,199, Rs 5,699, and Rs 4,549 respectively. Now the
company has expanded its range of budget Android smartphones with the launch of
the A82. The new Lava phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, and comes with dual-SIM
slots and 3G connectivity.
The Lava A82 offers a 5-inch FWVGA
display, and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor of unknown make, aided
by 1 GB of RAM. It comes with 8 GB internal memory, which is further expandable
up to 32 GB by inserting a microSD card. For imaging, it gets a 5 MP rear snapper
with an LED flash, and a 2 MP front-facing shooter for selfies and video
calling. A 2,000 mAh battery keeps the phone running.
The Lava A82 has been priced at Rs
5,299, and will be up for grabs via major brick-and-mortar retail stores and on
e-commerce portals across the country.
