Lava KKT Ultra+ Union
Lava, a domestic mobile handset company,
received a ground of applause at an event that held in New Delhi. At the event,
Lava has launched a feature phone named ‘Lava KKT Ultra+ Union’ with a price
tag of 1500 INR. The phone is said to be a Digital India Initiative from Lava
manufacturers and is likely to be the first feature phone in the country.
As we all know that, India is a home for
different religions, cultures, traditions and languages. So, Lava has
strategically planned to decrease the communication gap among the people based
on languages. To address that, it has launched this feature phone that can
support 22 Indian languages. Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Hindi,
Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Manipuri, Malayalam, Marathi, Nepali,
Oriya, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. Apart from
the 22 languages it also support English and so users can now easily
communicate using these 23 languages.
Looking at the specifications of the
phone, it comes with a 2.4-inch display and powered with 1,750 mAh battery. With
32 MB of internal storage, the phone can expand the storage uo tp 32 GB through
microSD card. The VGA rear camera and audio/video playback through 3.5 mm audio
jack proves that, this phone has got very good specifications more than its
price.
The phone support dual-SIM and features
hands-free mode and auto-redial options. With Bluetooth connectivity and
ireless FM radio, Lava KKT Ultra+ Union phone will be available in Black and
grey variants. The phone will be sold across all the retail stores in India and
users will get 1 year manufacturer warranty along with 6-month warranty for
bundled battery, charger, and headset.
The company official stated that, with
the launch of this feature phone, the company wants to break the language
barrier among the people and at the same time this could prove our support for
the government policies like Make in India and Digital India Initiatives.
