Micromax Canvas 6 & Canvas 6 Pro
Micromax has announced Canvas 6 and
Canvas 6 Pro which will be
launched in the coming weeks. Both the Canvas 6 and Canvas 6 Pro comes with a
5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) display and Gorilla Glass protection.
The devices are powered by Helio X10
octa-core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz. While the Canvas 6 comes with 3 GB of RAM
and 32 GB of internal storage, the Canvas 6 Pro is equipped with 4 GB of RAM but
is limited to just 16 GB of storage. Both the devices include MicroSD card slot
for storage expansion.
The Canvas 6 and 6 Pro are first
Micromax devices to come with Around features. Both the devices come with a
13 MP rear camera with PDAF and f/2.0 aperture. On the front, the Canvas 6 has
an 8 MP sensor while the 6 Pro comes with 5 MP front camera.
The Canvas 6 and 6 Pro run on Android 5.1
Lollipop, and there are a lot of bloatware apps preinstalled on these devices.
They are backed by a 3,000 mAh battery which we expect them to last for more
than a day of usage. It has dual SIM dual standby with 4G LTE and other basic
connectivity options.
Like the other Chinese brands, Micromax
will be selling both these devices on their official online store starting from
April 20th. The Canvas 6 comes in Gold color while the Canvas 6 Pro will be
available in Black color. Both the devices come with the same price tag of Rs.
13,999 and are currently available for pre-order.
