Cube iWork 10
Cube iWork 10, the first 10.1-inch
2-in-1 tablet with Windows 10 from Cube is now selling for just under US$ 169,
making it the cheapest new Windows 10 tablet in the 10-inch category.
This is partially because the keyboard
is optional, which it almost never is on a tablet in the 2-in-1 category. So
the tablet costs US$ 166, while the optional detachable keyboard costs US$ 50.
The specs are for a tablet that can be
used to do some regular light Office work, but is otherwise a Windows tablet
best suited for browsing the web, emails, chat, running apps, and watching
movies and TV-series on.
Cube iWork 10 has a 10.1-inch IPS screen
with 1280 x 800 resolution, and is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom x5-Z8300
processor, with 2 GB of DDR3 RAM, and 32 GB of storage, with 64 GB microSD card
support. Other tech on this tablet includes
802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 4.0, a micro-HDMI port, one micro-USB 2.0
port, and one USB 3.0 port, a 3.5 mm audio combo jack, and a 8,100 mAh battery
that Cube says will last up to 5 hours.
The cameras do not have the world’s
largest resolution, but measure a 2 MP front camera, and a similar 2 MP rear
camera. The thickness of the tablet is 9.45 mm, while the weight is 655 grams.
The optional keyboard connects via a 5-pin connector, and has a touchpad for
whenever you need a regular mouse control on your tablet.
