carrier Telstra has officially launched its latest smartphone – the Telstra
Tough Max. The new Telstra Tough Max smartphone is a ruggedized smartphone and
let’s take a look at the specs.
Telstra
Tough Max smartphone has a 4.7-inch LCD display with 1280x720 pixels
resolution (HD). It is powered by 64-bit Snapdragon 410 MSM8916 quad-core
processor based on Cortex A53 as well as Adreno 306 GPU and 2 GB of RAM memory.
The internal storage of Telstra Tough Max is 16 GB and supports storage
expansion through microSD card.
The
4.7-inch smartphone features a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash
alongside a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Other key features/specs of
Telstra Tough Max smartphone are USB OTG (TBC), 3.5 mm audio jack, multiple
sensors, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n.
Telstra
Tough Max is compatible with FDD-LTE, WCDMA and GSM networks. The device
supports maximum download speed on 4G of 150 Mbps and maximum download speed on
4G of 50 Mbps due to the LTE Cat. 4. Telstra Tough Max is a single SIM
smartphone, hence, users are able to insert only one SIM card into the device.

Tough Max is running on Android 5.0 Lollipop version of operating system and
comes with 2,500 mAh of battery juice (non-removable). The main selling points
of Telstra Tough Max are waterproof and dustproof as well as QI wireless
charging.
