Realme 13 5G boasts the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via microSD card. Notably, the chipset is the biggest difference between the Realme 13 5G and its 4G counterpart. The 4G model settles for Snapdragon 685.
We've already seen the rest of the specs—a
6.67-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The cameras on the back are
just two—a 50MP f/1.9, 1/1.95" main unit with OIS joined by a 2MP depth
sensor and a 16MP f/2.5 selfie camera. The Realme 13 5G will be available in
two memory variants - 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB and can expect two major Android
updates and three years of security patches.
Since the handset features the same
chassis as the 4G model, it is IP64 certified against water and dust and has a
stainless steel vapor chamber for more efficient cooling. A standard 5,000 mAh
battery keeps the lights on, but unlike the 4G model, the 5G model settles for
a 45W fast charging solution, not 67W.
Pricing starts at INR 17,999 (US$ 215) for
the 8/128GB trim. The 8/256GB version will go for INR 19,999 (US$ 240). Open sales
start on September 6.
