Sennheiser just launched the MKH 8030 Figure-8 RF condenser microphone in India. The MKH 8030 offers versatile recording options, including M-S, double M-S, and Blumlein stereo formats. It is designed to effectively minimize unwanted sounds, making it ideal for eliminating noise from PA systems or adjacent instruments. Its sound signature is crafted to match the MKH 8000 series microphones seamlessly.

The MKH 8030 is part of Sennheiser’s MKH 8000 series, which includes:

  • MKH 8020 (omni-directional)
  • MKH 8090 (wide cardioid)
  • MKH 8040 (cardioid)
  • MKH 8050 (super-cardioid)
  • MKH 8060 (short shotgun, super-cardioid/lobar)
