OnePlus announced a new Apex Edition of its OnePlus Open which sports a Crimson Shadow colorway with a faux leather back. Apart from the new color, the Apex Edition comes exclusively with 16 GB RAM and 1 TB storage, and sports a modified alert slider with a texturized finish and orange accent color.
The updated slider now supports VIP Mode
which lets you go incognito by turning off the cameras, microphone, and
location by placing the slider in its top position. OnePlus says this is
achieved through “chip-level encryption and privacy”.
OnePlus Apex Edition will retail for US$ 1,900 in the US while European pricing will be revealed on August 27.
