Yesterday the upcoming Poco F6 Deadpool & Wolverine edition leaked, and today it's been confirmed by Poco India head Himanshu Tandon. He also confirmed the release date as being July 26, which makes sense since it's also the release date for the Deadpool & Wolverine movie. Tandon helpfully also shared this image showing the phone's back next to its retail box. As you can see, the name will be Poco F6 Deadpool Edition, even though the name of the movie is Deadpool & Wolverine, and Wolverine is clearly also present on the device's rear.
The trademark red Deadpool hue adorns the
entirety of this F6's back, while the LED flash array has the Deadpool 'face'
on it. This is most likely going to be a limited edition, so if you're a fan of
Deadpool, Wolverine, or both, make sure you don't miss it when it drops.
The innards are expected to be identical
to those of the vanilla Poco F6, so the only new things here are the rear
design and, probably, the box contents - that looks like a much beefier box
than the one the normal F6 comes in, so we expect it to pack some Deadpool (and
Wolverine) branded goodies.
