Philippines distributor Henry's Cameras has officially brought the Hasselblad X2D 100C and the XCD 55 f/2.5 lens to the Philippines. Originally announced in September 2022, the Hasselblad X2D 100C is the latest medium-format mirrorless camera from the legendary manufacturer. It features a 100MP 43.8 x 32.9mm Medium Format CMOS sensor with a resolution of 11,656 x 8,742 and 5-axis In-body image stabilization. It supports 16-bit color and offers 15-stops of dynamic range. It also has over 294 Phase Detection Autofocus points.
At the back is the 5.76 million-dot
electronic viewfinder and below it is the 3.6-inch 2.36 million-dot rear
tilting touchscreen display. The camera saves the images to either the 1TB
internal SSD or to the CFExpress Type-B card slot. It connects via USB-C and WiFi. Powering the
camera is the 3,400mAh Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery.
The body is made of aluminium which
measures 147.3 x 106.7 x 73.7mm and weighs 895 grams with the battery. While
the XCD 55 f/2.5 V lens features a 43mm equivalent focal length with a front
filter thread of 72mm. It has a minimum focus distance of 17.7-inches and an
Aperture range of f/2.5-32. It features 9 elements in 8 groups. The lens is 76
x 72mm and weighs 372 grams.
