Announced back in MWC 2024, the nubia Neo 2 5G is now official in the Philippines. To recall, this is a budget gaming phone that features a Transformers-inspired back design. The main spotlight here is the two shoulder triggers as an additional gaming control. Typically it is available in the more expensive REDMAGIC gaming phone but now it is found in the affordable category. This should give an advantage to gamers, especially in shooting titles like Call of Duty.
At the front, it comes with a 6.72-inch
LCD (IPS) screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. Inside, it is powered by the 2.7GHz
UNISOC T820 octa-core chip with Mali-G57 MC4 GPU. It is paired with 20GB (8+12)
dynamic RAM and large 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
nubia Neo 2 5G also features a 6,000mAh
battery capacity that charges using 33W power brick. Others noted is the
Multi-Layer heat dissipation system to keep the temperature in check and game
space 2.0 for game assist. The phone also runs Android 14 Operating System out
of the box.
