Xiaomi launched the 2.5G version of the BE 3600 back in January this year. This WiFi 7 router was equipped with a 2.5G network port and three gigabit network ports. In comparison, this Gigabit version equips four-gigabit network ports. This Gigabit version of BE 3600 is now officially on sale in China for a retail price of 269 Yuan. Xiaomi‘s BE 3600 Gigabit version comes in white color with a dimension of 209.98mm x 40.95mm x 219.83mm. It offers a maximum connection speed of 3.570 Gbps.
With 2.4G and 5G bands, it reaches a
maximum connection speed of 688 Mbps and 2882 Mbps respectively. Since this
router can serve a single device with both the 2.4G and 5G frequency bands at
the same time, it offers a maximum connection speed of 3570 Mbps. The 5G
frequency band 2×2 160 MHz reportedly increases the throughput by 44 percent as
compared to WiFi 6.
With Multi-Resource Units (RU) technology,
this router is able to allocate bandwidth resources to devices based on their
network requirements. It also equips four high-performance signal amplifiers
with a signal strength that can overcome wall obstructions easily.
The router is powered by a 4-core Qualcomm
processor with 1.1 GHz frequency. With this chip, it can serve a maximum of 128
devices at a time. It has a memory of 256MB. On the outside, it offers one LED
indicator, a system reset button, and a mesh button. In the packaging box, you
get a network cable, power adapter, instruction manual, and the router. You get
a one-year warranty for this router.
