vivo will soon introduce the vivo X100s series to the market, with the main difference from the existing vivo X100 series being its overall design. The Vivo X100s will feature a flat 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution. ITHome posted that the the vivo X100s is listed on the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology website with the “V2359A” model number, and previously, the vivo X100s had received the 3C certification. The appearance of a smartphone on various governmental websites and certifications actually indicate that the launch of the device is coming up.
The battery specifications of Vivo X100s
were confirmed with the 3C certification. The phone will support 120W charging
and UFCS technology, which is a charging standard jointly developed by Chinese
smartphone manufacturers. Another known aspect of the vivo X100s is that it
will come with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset. Additionally, the phone may
come in black, white, green, and titanium color options.
Rumors suggest that the vivo X100s will
have a flat display, although there is a considerable fanbase for curved
displays, smartphone manufacturers have gradually begun to adopt flat displays.
Even Samsung, the pioneer of curved screens, offers a flat AMOLED display on
the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
