Following its China announcement a week ago, the realme 12x 5G makes its global debut. To recap, the phone features a familiar design of the 12 Series but this time, it comes with Twilight Purple or Woodland Green. At the front, the phone boasts a 6.67-inch LCD screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ 2400 x 1080 resolution at 388 ppi, 950 nits max brightness. 240Hz touch sampling rate and 16.7M colors.
Powering the device is the 2.2GHz 6nm
Dimensity 6100+ octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM, and 128GB storage. The On
the battery side, there is a 5,000mAh capacity that charges using USB-C and 45W
SUPERVOOC.
When it comes to the camera it has a 50MP
main camera + 2MP monochrome sensor + 2MP AI helper. Other features noted are a
3.5mm audio jack, stereo speakers, an IP54 rating for splash and water
resistance, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
For connectivity, it has 5G, 4G LTE, WiFi,
Bluetooth, GPS and dual SIM. On the software side, it runs Android 14 with
realme UI 5.0.
