vivo has managed to drum up a lot of excitement around its upcoming X Fold3 and X Fold3 Pro foldables. Particularly the latter device, which could very well be the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 foldable to hit the market. The Chinese market that is, as per a leaked poster that revealed the new foldable will be announced on March 26 at 7 PM local time.
A new vivo tablet has now been spotted on
GeekBench that could be joining the two foldables at the unveiling event.
According to industry sources, the tablet, model number PA2473, will be
launched as the vivo Pad 3 Pro on the Chinese market.
The GeekBench listing doesn’t explicitly
mention the device chipset by name, but there is enough information there to deduce
that it is most likely the MediaTek Dimensity 9300. So, we are looking at a
flagship product, which is also hinted at by the fact that the GeekBench
listing reports 16GB of RAM.
We do have some earlier rumors to go off
of for other potential Pad 3 Pro specs, like a 12.95-inch, 144Hz LCD with 3K
resolution, 512GB of storage, and an 11,500 mAh battery with 66W or even 80W
fast charging support. Also, a single 13MP main camera on the rear with a
single LED flash and an 8MP selfie cam.
