Back at CES 2024, Asus unveiled its new ROG NUC mini gaming PC equipped with powerful yet efficient hardware. The brand has now started selling the gaming machine in European markets. The ROG NUC runs on Intel Core Ultra 7 or the more powerful Core Ultra 9 185H processors, making it suitable for demanding tasks and gaming. The ROG NUC also comes with NVIDIA RTX 4060 or RTX 4070 graphics options, supporting up to four 4K screens for an immersive gaming experience.
This mini PC is built with a simple,
tool-free design for quick setup in a small 270 x 180 x 50 mm size. It works
well with the ROG Raikiri PRO controller and allows for custom lighting effects
through the ROG Armory Crate app.
For connections, it includes HDMI 2.1a,
DisplayPort 1.4, Thunderbolt 4 / USB4 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB 2.0, and Intel
Killer WiFi 6E AX1690i. The ROG NUC can run on Windows 11 or various Linux
systems, giving users a choice of operating systems.
ASUS’ Spanish website has six ROG NUC
versions listed, offering the Core Ultra 7 155H with the GeForce RTX 4060 or
the Core Ultra 9 185H with the GeForce RTX 4070. Proshop lists the top model
with 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB storage for € 2,499 in the Eurozone. The shipping of
the ROG NUC is expected to begin on April 10.
