HUAWEI MatePad 11.5" PaperMatte Edition

HUAWEI officially launches the MatePad 11.5-inch PaperMatte Edition in the Philippines. The new tablet features an 11.5-inch TFT LCD panel. But the main spotlight here is the PaperMatte screen which features nano-level anti-glare etching technology. This delivers a paper-like viewing and writing experience and ensures that it won't be harmful to the user's eyes.

That screen also features 2200 x 1440 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 420 nits max brightness, and supports the HUAWEI M-Pencil 2nd gen. The said stylus also features 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity, tilt sensitivity and low latency which users can utilize for their sketching, taking down notes and other related tasks.

Inside, the tablet is equipped with a 2.4GHz 4nm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 octa-core processor with Adreno GPU, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. For battery, the tablet has a 7,700mAh capacity that charges using 22.5W USB-C HUAWEI SuperCharge.

For cameras, the tablet has a 13MP main sensor and an 8MP wide front camera for selfies and video calls. Other features are 4 speakers with HUAWEI Histen 8.1 audio. For connectivity, the tablet has WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, Beidou, and Galileo QZSS. HUAWEI also talks about its PC-level-like performance. It even has PC-level WPS Office, HUAWEI notes, multi-device interconnection, remote PC access, and multi-screen collaboration. The brand also noted it has a multi-window capability, parallel view upgrade, one-click excerpt, and global annotation. For OS, the tablet runs HarmonyOS 3.1.
