Tecno Spark 20 Pro+

Tecno made the Spark 20C official in November, then the Spark 20 and Spark 20 Pro were unveiled earlier this month. There was always going to be a fourth member in the family, however, one that we previously thought would be fully unveiled in January. We're talking about the Tecno Spark 20 Pro+, the highest-end of the bunch, but there's a twist. It's already been listed on Tecno's official website, though not with a full list of specs.

We do however get plenty of information about the phone. It's powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone measures 164.65 x 75.04 x 7.55 mm. It has a 108 MP main rear camera with a 1/1.67" type sensor, f/1.75 aperture, 3x in-sensor zoom and a dual LED flash, and a 32 MP selfie snapper with f/2.2 aperture and a dual LED flash of its own. It's IP53 certified for dust and splash resistance, and it has a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with 120 Hz refresh rate, curved sides, 1,000-nit peak brightness, 2,160 Hz PWM dimming, an embedded fingerprint sensor, and 1,080x2,436 resolution.

The Spark 20 Pro+ boasts a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 33W wired charging, and it runs Android 14 from day one, which is extremely nice to see at this price point. The handset will be offered in four colorways, all with very out there names: Temporal Orbits, Lunar Frost, Radiant Starstream, and Magic Skin 2.0 Green. The last one has a faux leather back, while the rest all seem to be textured glass.

Tecno seems very proud of its "self-developed" "Dynamic Port", which is "Always-On, Never In the Way". In case you're confused, it's Tecno's interpretation of Apple's Dynamic Island. In Tecno's own words, this "cleverly merges with the hole screen, giving you early access to the leading-edge cool gadget! Futuristic design and intuitive integration breathe new life to the front camera hole - displaying messages, offering front-end services, while captivating onlookers with an envy-inducing allure".
