Foremost drone maker DJI has launched the FlyCart 30 drone. The DJI FlyCart 30 is a long-range, high-payload drone that is designed for professional usage. The FlyCart 30 has a flying range of up to 16 km and can carry payloads of up to 70 pounds. The DJI FlyCart 30 drone is available to the global market. It uses a multi-rotor, coaxial 4-axis design and an 8-blade carbon fiber propeller system that takes it up to 20 meters/ second at an altitude of up to 3km in winds of up to 12m/s. The drone has a dual battery mode and an emergency single-battery mode. In the dual-battery mode, it can carry payloads up to 30kg while it can lift up to 40kg in emergency single-battery mode. The operator can use the DJI Pilot 2 app to keep it connected for mobile flights or DeliveryHub for up to 12 miles away. It uses the DJI O3 transmission technology.
The FlyCart 30 also features Cargo or
Winch modes for carrying a 70-liter case or an auto-retracting cable of length
20m. The drone is equipped with sensors to ensure a seamless and safe flight.
It can adjust itself to accommodate its center of gravity force or payload
swing, or even the flight path and altitude. The FC30 operator can use AR
projection to make sure the drone of its loads lands safely and in the right
spot.
DJI expects the FlyCart 30 drone to be a
popular drone with offshore/ mountain transport and emergency response
professionals. Its features lend support to a wide array of industrial
applications that further accentuate the appeal of the FC30. There is no
pricing and release information yet for the DJI FlyCart 30, but these optics
could be out shortly.
