Amazfit Active features a square 1.75-inch AMOLED display with 390 x 450px resolution. The device has silicone and vegan leather strap options and offers 5 ATM water resistance. You get Bluetooth 5.2 BLE with support for Bluetooth calling from you paired smartphone as well as Amazon Alexa and an offline voice assistant that runs natively on the watch. Zepp OS supports third-party apps and mini-games downloadable from the Zepp App on your phone. You can also store up to 250MB of Music directly on the watch.
Health tracking is handled by the
BioTracker PPG biometric sensor with support for heart rate, blood oxygen,
sleep and stress tracking. You also get access to Zepp Coach with personalized
exercise plans, workouts and recovery schedules. The watch also boasts a
built-in GNSS receiver with support for GPS, QZSS, BEIDOU, GALILEO and GLONASS.
There’s a 300 mAh battery which is
advertised to last up to 14 days with normal use and 16 hours with continuous
GPS usage. Amazfit Active comes in Midnight Black, Petal Pink and Lavender
Purple colors and is priced at US$ 150. It is available from Amazfit US and is
scheduled to arrive in more regions soon.
