There have been many leaks before but they are incomplete. Now, the full details of the said upcoming flip phone emerge days before its launch. Apparently, it was from the same leaker named Paras Guglani. He mentioned that the TECNO Phantom V Flip comes with a model number AD11 and the phone comes with measurements of 172.35 x 74 x 7.05mm when unfolded. The thickness will increase to 15.1mm once it is folded.
Paras mentioned the Phantom V Flip comes
in Minimal Black, Film White, and Periwinkle Purple colors. The phone has a
main display of 6.8-inch AMOLED with FHD+ 1080 x 2460 resolution and a 20.5:9
aspect ratio. For the outer screen, you will see a small circular panel with a
size of 1.32-inch and 466 x 466 resolution. Inside it comes with Dimensity
8050, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. A Google Listing showed that it's using
Dimensity 1300. Either way they are just similar as Dimensity 8050 is a
rebranded Dimensity 1300.
Moving forward, it comes with a 4,000mAh
battery with fast charging support of 45W. For cameras, it has a 64MP main with
AF + 13MP ultra-wide shooter. For selfies, it uses a 32MP sensor. On the
connectivity side, the leakers say it will have 5G (14 bands), 4G, WiFi
802.11ax, and Bluetooth 5.3. For software, the phone will run Android 13 with
HiOS 13 skin on top.
When it comes to price and availability,
the official launch date is just 4 days away so we may expect it really soon.
