Samsung Galaxy A05

After having been certified by the FCC and showing up in a hands-on leak earlier today, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A05 continues its leak journey now with a listing on the Google Play Console, which implies, even more than before, that the launch is definitely nearing. One might even say it's imminent at this point. The Google Play Console listing confirms the A05's design with the image, and also some of the entry-level device's specs.

The Galaxy A05 will have 4GB of RAM, dual rear cameras, a waterdrop notch, an HD+ screen, a 5,000 mAh battery, and will run Android 13 out of the box, undoubtedly with One UI 5.x on top (though most likely this will be the pared down One UI Core). At the helm will be MediaTek's Helio G85 SoC.

The A05 will unsurprisingly be the successor to the A04, which launched back in October last year after having been announced in August. Like that phone, the A05 is expected to be the cheapest in Samsung's roster, as the name implies too.
