Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of Redmi Smart Fire TV 4K 43″ model in India on September 15th. This comes after the launch of a 32″ HD model earlier this year. Xiaomi introduced 43″, 50″ and 55″ 4K Fire TV models in the F2 series globally last year. The company says that the TV will run the latest Fire TV, feature an elegant design with almost zero bezels, seamless connectivity and additional features.
Powered by Amazon Fire OS, it should come
with an Alexa voice-enabled remote that allows consumers to easily switch
channels, launch apps, search for titles, play music, and control smart home
devices with their voice. We can also expect Dolby Audio, DTS-HD,
DTS-Virtual:X, similar to the HD model. The global version has a MediaTek
MT9020 processor with Mali G52 MP2 GPU, 2GB RAM and 16GB storage.
The Redmi Smart Fire TV 4K 43″ will be sold on Amazon.in, in addition to
Mi.com and offline stores after the launch. We should know the price when it
launches next week.
