Xiaomi has confirmed the launch of Xiaomi Band 8 Pro, the company’s next fitness tracker and the successor to last year’s Xiaomi Band 7 Pro in China on August 14th, along with the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Max 14″.
This comes after the Xiaomi Band 8 was
introduced earlier this year. The band will feature a 1.74-inch screen with a
refresh rate of up to 60Hz, 16.7 million colors, 336 PPI pixel density, and
several customization options. The company said that it will have high
screen-to-body ratio compared to the Band 7 Pro. We can expect an AMOLED
screen. The images show Silicone, Leather and Metal straps for the band.
We can expect GPS support, NFC, heart rate
and Spo2 monitoring, 5ATM water resistance, and a bigger battery compared to
the Band 7 Pro. We should know all the details when it goes official next week.
