HONOR has unveiled another smartphone that will join the Play 40 series. Similar to its siblings, the device boasts a lot of similarities like the design with simple matte colors, a rectangular camera island, and the brand's logo at the lower left corner.
At the front, it uses a 6.56 TFT LCD
screen with 720 x 1612 resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. Inside, it is powered
by an 8nm 2.2GHz Snapdragon 480+ octa-core processor with Adreno 619 GPU. That
chip is paired with 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 5,200mAh battery with
an unspecified charging speed. For cameras, it has a 13MP f/1.8 main shooter
while the selfie uses an 8MP sensor.
Other features are speakers with HONOR
Histen sound effects, a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C, 5G, 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth
5.1 GPS, and dual SIM. As for OS, it runs Android 13 with MagicOS 7.1 skin on
top.
