Apple iPhone 15

Apple plans to conduct its inaugural fall event on September 13th, according to the latest report from 9to5Mac. The iPhone 15 models, along with the Apple Watch Series 9, will be the main highlights of the event. To remind you, the iPhone 14 was launched on September 7th last year. The pre-orders are expected to begin on Friday, September 15. This year, sale of at least one of the iPhone 15 models could be delayed this year, similar to iPhone 14 Plus, due to supply issue.

The new iPhone 15 series is expected to feature thinner bezels, Dynamic Island and USB-C ports. There are also rumours of a titanium frame for the Pro models, which could result in a price increase. Similar to last year, the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus are expected to retain the A16 Bionic chip from the iPhone 14 Pro series, and the A17 chip should power the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max models.

The 15 Pro Max is expected to get an upgraded camera system, since Apple is planning to add a periscope camera in an iPhone for the first time. If Apple does go with a September 13 conference, we can anticipate receiving official invitations about a week beforehand, possibly in the first week of September.
