Last week, the Xiaomi TV EA43 2023 launched in China. Today, the company unveils the 32-inch variant of this television. The 32-inch model comes with the same upgrades as the 43-inch version while retaining the core features of the 2022 edition.
The newly released Xiaomi TV EA32 2023
arrives with a better chipset than its predecessor. It is powered by an unnamed
64-bit chip comprising a quad-core CPU. For comparison, the older model houses
a dual-core Amlogic chipset.
Thanks to the new chip, the television now
supports dual-band WiFi. But for some reason, there’s no mention of Bluetooth
in the spec sheet. Anyways, RAM and storage remain the same at 1GB and 8GB,
respectively. Further, the TV features a metal frame. It sports a 32-inch
LED-backlit LCD panel with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels (HD) and a 60Hz
refresh rate. The screen does not support HDR but offers a 178° viewing angle.
The display is supplemented by 2 x 8W
(16W) speakers with support for DTS-HD. As for ports, the television comes with
1 x HDMI, AV, 2 x USB, and Antenna. Last but not least, the TV boots MIUI for
TV 3.0 with support for leading Chinese streaming platforms and Mijia smart
home integration.
The Xiaomi TV EA32 2023 is priced at only
¥ 599 (US$ 80) in China. It is already up for sale in the country. This television
will most likely not release outside mainland China like its forerunner.
