The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is rumored to launch in select markets in Q3 2023, with the unveiling expected to happen before the official introduction of the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 next month in Seoul, South Korea. There's no word from Samsung about the Galaxy S23 FE yet, but thanks to the renders leaked by OnLeaks, we know what this smartphone will look like. The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE looks similar to the Galaxy A54 and has almost identical dimensions of 158 x 76.3 x 8.2mm. It's built around a centered punch-hole display and sports triple cameras on the rear.
The Galaxy S23 FE features the volume
rocker and power button on its right-side frame, with the USB-C port at the
bottom flanked by a microphone and speaker grille. Up top is another hole,
which could be for the secondary mic since the Galaxy A54 also had it in the
same position. And while the renders don't show it, the SIM card slot could
also be at the top.
Considering the dimensions, the Samsung
Galaxy S23 FE could pack a 6.4" display, and this could be an AMOLED panel
with a fingerprint scanner underneath since it's not embedded in the phone's
power key. However, while the Galaxy A54 comes with a 5,000 mAh battery, the
S23 FE, despite having near-identical dimensions, is rumored to come with a
4,500 mAh cell with 25W charging. Other rumored specs of the Galaxy S23 FE
include an Exynos 2200 SoC (in all regions), a 50MP primary camera, 6GB/8GB
RAM, and 128GB/256GB storage.
