LG has launched a new 27″ 4K monitor catered toward creatives called the LG 27BQ85U-W. This display covers a wide range of colors, comes with a certified HDR400 rating, and offers an Auto Self Calibration Sensor in the box which can be used to color calibrate the display via the LG Calibration Studio software.
The LG 27BQ85U-W monitor boasts a 27-inch
screen size and a 3840 x 2160 resolution, providing a crisp and detailed 4K UHD
display. Its Nano IPS panel technology offers improved color reproduction and
wide viewing angles. With a brightness of 350 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of
1000:1, this monitor delivers vivid and lifelike images. The 5ms (GtG) response
time and 60Hz refresh rate make this monitor a decent casual gaming display.
The monitor supports VESA DisplayHDR 400, bringing enhanced contrast and a wider
color gamut to compatible HDR content.

offers multiple options. It features two HDMI ports, one DisplayPort, and one
USB Type-C port. Additionally, the USB Type-C port can also serve as a charging
