HUAWEI nova Y71


HUAWEI introduced its upcoming affordable big battery phone called the nova Y71 with a 6,000mAh battery and 22.5W SuperCharge. The new nova comes with a large 6.75-inch TFT LCD with a 1600 x 720 resolution. Inside is an unknown SoC that GizmoChina claims to be the immortal Kirin 710A. Alongside the SoC is 8GB RAM, 128GB of storage, microSD card expansion, and a large 6,000mAh battery with 22.5W HUAWEI SuperCharge.

At the back of the phone is the 48MP f/1.8 main camera, 5MP f/2.2 120-degree ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth camera with a dual-tone LED flash. While in front is the 8MP f/2.0 selfie camera. It supports 4G, 3G, 2G, WiFi, and Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, AGPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, GALILEO, QZSS. Other features include a 3.5mm audio jack, USB-C, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

The phone measures 168.3 x 77.7 x 8.98mm and weighs 199 grams. Included in the box are the phone, quick start guide, charger, USB-C, Ejector pin, and warranty card. The nova Y71 will be available for purchase in the Philippines this July 28, 2023. However, the price is yet to be revealed.
