The newly launched ROG X Mini PN42 features the latest Intel N100 processor and is designed to be extremely quiet due to its fanless design. This ensures a noise-free computing experience while minimizing the risk of dust buildup. The compact dimensions of the mini PC, measuring 127.5 x 132 x 57.6 mm, and its weight of less than 1kg make it a space-saving solution.

The device offers multi-monitor support, allowing users to connect up to three displays simultaneously. It provides a range of connectivity options, with 7 USB ports, including one USB-C port. Additionally, it offers dual 2.5 Gbps LAN, DP1.4, and HDMI 2.0 ports, enabling users to connect up to triple external displays or dual 4K displays for enhanced productivity. Communication is enhanced with bi-directional AI noise reduction, enabling clear online voice calls. The mini PC can be easily mounted on the back of a monitor using VESA mounting. The top and sides of the device feature large ventilation grilles, ensuring efficient passive heat dissipation.

The mini PC is powered by UHD integrated graphics and offers DDR4 16GB/8GB RAM options along with a 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD. It supports Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 6 for seamless wireless connectivity. Notably, the ROG X Mini PN42 includes a unique RGB power button with different-colored backlighting, which serves as a debug indicator. The colors indicate various system statuses, such as normal operation, standby mode, memory issue, CPU problem, system boot problem, and the display output problem.
