Acer unveiled the Connect Vero W6m Mesh Router with WiFi 6E Tri-Band which makes it capable of speeds of up to 7.8 Gbps and ranges of 465 square meters. The new mesh router is powered by a 2.0 GHz A53 quad-core processor with 4GB memory capacity which the company claims to include enhanced connectivity, coverage, and security features. This includes the WiFi 6E Tri-Band (2.4 GHz, 5GHz, 6GHz) AXE7800 capability and compliance with Radio Equipment Directive (RED) EN 303 645 3.3 Cyber security standards.
The brand claims that it is
capable of speeds of up to 7.8 Gbps while maintaining a stable connection. It
can be paired up with up to 4 units and provides network ranges of up to 465
square meters on a dual mesh system or up to 930 square meters on a quad-mesh
system which should eliminate dead spots.
In light of the company's
dedication to reducing carbon emissions, the device is packaged in 100 percent
recyclable paper. While the router itself is made with 30 percent Post
consumer-recycled plastic and painted with a cobblestone gray finish that along
with its minimalist design should let it blend with any office or home set-up.
