Chinese telecom giant ZTE announced a portable WiFi device with fast data connectivity and long battery life. The main highlight of course is the 5G dual-mode connectivity and the global roaming and that is made possible by the Snapdragon X62 chip. ZTE says it is compatible with over 100 countries and regions worldwide so users can have ease of mind for their data abroad.
The 5G NR network carrier aggregation and
low-frequency ENDC technologies are featured on the ZTE U50 Pro. These
cutting-edge technologies give customers access to quicker download and upload
speeds, larger network capacities, and better connectivity in lower-coverage
areas.
Another highlight is the 10,000mAh battery
capacity ensuring users a long-lasting connection or it could double as a power
bank (18W output) if need be. Additionally, it charges using a 27W adaptor to
fill that huge battery. It's also worth noting that the device is capable of
NFC connectivity which means supported devices can seamless connection the WiFi
without entering a password.
Lastly, it supports a 2.4-inch touch
display that lets users view the remaining data, battery, WiFi settings, and
time. ZTE U50 Pro priced at CNY 1,699.
