Last month, we covered a report claiming that Vivo has a new entry-level smartphone in the works called the Y02t 4G. The device made appearances on TKDN certification and the Geekbench database. Now, it looks like the Indian launch of the smartphone could happen soon as it has appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website.
The Vivo Y02T, identified as the V2254
model number, has recently surfaced on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS)
certification website. The certification does not reveal any of the
specifications, however, a previous report has leaked some of the key features of
the Y02T 4G. According to a previous leak, the device is anticipated to feature
a 6.5-inch Full HD+ display. While the display type remains unconfirmed, some
suggest it may employ an LCD panel.
Rumor has it that the Vivo Y02t 4G will be
equipped with a MediaTek Helio series chipset, offering decent performance for
budget-conscious users. However, the specific chipset model has not yet been
disclosed. In terms of photography, the Vivo Y02t is expected to sport a
13-megapixel primary camera, while details regarding any additional cameras or
the front-facing camera are still under wraps.
One of the highlights of the Vivo Y02t 4G
is its battery capacity. Reports suggest that it will house a substantial
5,000mAh battery, ensuring extended usage time. Furthermore, it is rumored to
support 18W fast charging, enabling users to conveniently recharge their
devices when necessary.
