In March, an Oppo phone with model number PHF110 was approved by China’s TENAA authority. The same device has now finally been spotted in the database of the country’s 3C certification platform. As usual, it has seemingly revealed the fast charging capabilities of the device. The PHF110 has appeared at 3C with a 67W fast charger. The listing also reveals that it is a 5G-enabled device. Neither the TENAA listing nor its 3C certification has revealed the final marketing of the device.
The specifications of the Oppo PHF110 that
were revealed through its TENAA certification are almost identical to those of
the Snapdragon 695-powered Oppo A1 5G (PHS110), which debuted recently in
China. Hence, it appears that the PHF110 may debut as an Oppo A1-series phone.
The two phones mainly differ in the camera
department. While the A1 has an 8-megapixel front camera and 50-megapixel +
2-megapixel dual rear cameras, the PHF110 features a 16-megapixel selfie
snapper and 108-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup on the back. The rest
of the specifications are identical on both phones.
As per the TENAA listing, the Oppo PHF110
will feature a 6.72-inch IPS LCD FHD+ display, a 2.2GHz octa-core processor, 8
GB / 12 GB RAM, 128 GB / 256 GB / 512 GB of storage, a 5,000mAh battery, and
Android 13 OS. It will also feature a
microSD card slot and a side-facing fingerprint scanner. It will measure 165.54
x 75.98 x 8.3mm and weigh around 195 grams.
In related news, Oppo is said to be
working on the Reno 10 series of smartphones for the Chinese market.
Speculations are rife that the Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro, and Reno 10 Pro+ will be
announced at some point in May in the home market. The Reno 10 series is also
expected to release in the global market soon after.
