Lava AGNI 2 5G

Lava first mentioned its upcoming AGNI 2 5G handset hot on the heels of MediaTek’s announcement of the Dimensity 7050 chipset. That initial bit of info on the upcoming phone was quickly followed up by a live photo of the back side of the upcoming smartphone. A new rather credible leak now claims that the AGNI 2 5G will be priced at INR 20,000. That would make it a very appealing value package. If the leaked specs are to be believed, that is.

As far as we currently know, the AGNI 2 will, as mentioned, sport the Dimensity 7050 chipset, which is technically new but is actually a rebranded Dimensity 1080. It is paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone is also expected to sport a curved AMOLED display with an in-display fingerprint reader. The screen resolution might be HD+. The AGNI 2 5G has a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.55” sensor with 1.0 µm individual pixels, an f/1.88 aperture, and at least two other undisclosed cameras. We also expect the phone to ship with Android 13.

There is still no word on availability, but given all of the details already available, we expect the Lava AGNI 2 5G to hit shelves shortly.
