French luxury fashion house Hermes has revealed its new leather AirPods Pro 2 case and a leather lanyard each sold separately. Hermes has introduced two new leather accessories for the Apple AirPods Pro 2. These new products expand the brand's collection of tech accessories that originally included Apple AirTag cases and wireless charging trays.
The first is the calfskin leather lanyard
with the Clou de Salle seal in palladium brass. It takes advantage of the new
lanyard hole introduced in the AirPods Pro 2's new charging case. Up next is
the calfskin leather case that features cutouts for the lightning port and the
LED light indicator. There are no cutouts for the speaker and on the side is a
large hole for the leather strap. This strap can allow users to wear the case
like a necklace, a crossbody, or a bag accessory.
At the back of the case is the hot-stamped
Clou de Selle where the pairing button should be. The leather is thin enough to
let the sound and wireless charging pass through. There is no mention of
whether or not the leather blocks the MagSafe. Both the case and the lanyard
are available in Light Blue, Pink, Navy Blue, Green, and standard Tanned
Leather colorways.
