Coolpad, a known Chinese smartphone manufacturer has launched a new Coolpad Grand View 40s device in China. According to the company, this new phone is intended to provide consumers with an immersive multimedia experience by integrating powerful hardware and software features in a slim package.
Starting from the display, the smartphone
offers a 6.52-inch IPS LCD screen with a pixel resolution of 1600*720 and a
pixel density of 450PPI. As mentioned earlier, the device is powered by a 7nm
fabrication-based MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G chipset. It comes with Mali G57 GPU
for graphic-intensive tasks. The device comes with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB
of onboard internal storage.
As for the cameras, it comes with a dual
rear camera setup with a 13-megapixels primary camera sensor and a 2-megapixels
secondary depth sensor. On the front, it has got 5-megapixel camera housed
inside the waterdrop notch cutout. The camera setup on the device is completely
basic.
The device packs a 4500mAh battery with
support for fast charging. Further, the brand has added an NFC sensor to the
device, which can be used for multiple purposes. For security, the device comes
with the support of a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a face unlock.
It has been released in three different
variants; 4GB+128GB, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB. It has been priced at CNY 1399
(US$ 200), CNY 1699 (US$ 247) and CNY 2099 (US$ 305) respectively. It would be
available to purchase in the country soon.
