The new flagship earbuds are a co-effort with Danish speaker maker Dynaudio and have MelodyBoost 11mm+6mm dual drivers. The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 brings spatial audio support, which in conjunction with Dolby Head Tracking on the OnePlus 11, enables 3D audio effect when you turn your head in apps like YouTube and Disney+.
The OnePlus Buds Pro 2 has TUV-certified
Smart Adaptive Noise Cancellation that can eliminate as much as 48dB of ambient
noise. There's also a transparency mode that will let the outside world in to
enable conversations with people, even with the buds on. The Buds Pro 2 will
last up to 39 hours with ANC off. The case can charge wirelessly via any Qi
charger or wired via USB-C.
The Buds Pro 2 come in OnePlus 11-matching
Black and Green, starting at US$ 179 and INR 11,999 through OnePlus' website and
Amazon. Sales begin on February 16. The Indian market also gets an exclusive
OnePlus Buds Pro 2R in White, priced at INR 9,999. These are otherwise
identical to the Pro 2 but miss the head tracking.
