The latest budget smartphone from Oppo is the Oppo A56s and while it may look new, it’s actually just a rebadged Oppo A57 which launched back in April. The A56s brings the exact same specs as the A57 though it now comes with 8GB RAM as standard.
Oppo A56s gets a 6.56-inch IPS LCD with
HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is equipped with MediaTek’s
Dimensity 810 chipset, 8GB RAM and 128/256GB storage. There’s a 13MP main cam
around the back alongside a 2MP depth unit. The phone boots Android 12 with
ColorOS 12 on top and packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging.
Oppo A56s comes in Deep Sea Blue and Quiet
Night Black colors. Pricing starts at CNY 1,099 (US$ 161) for the 8/128GB trim and
goes up to CNY 1,299 (US$ 190) for the 8/256GB version.
