HyperX introduced a new Controller and gaming mouse at the CES 2023 launch event. Starting with the Clutch Gladiate, a gamepad made for Xbox series consoles which the company claims to provide improved control, comfort, and gaming experience. It has remappable rear buttons so players may customize them according to their preference.
One of the main highlights is the dual
trigger locks, which allows users to adjust the firing rate whether for the fast
travel key or the longer one making it ideal for FPS games such as Warzone 2,
Fortnite, or Apex Legends. The device is also equipped with Dynamic dual rumble
motors to give HD force feedback while the handles have textured grip to ensure
it won't slide or fall off easily.
Moreover, the Clutch Gladiate connects via
wired (10ft) USB-A to USB-C and it also has a 3.5mm headphone jack so you slap
out your headsets. Up next is the Pulsfire Haste 2. It is a lightweight gaming
mouse and comes in Black or White colorways. There are also two versions of
it—wired and wireless (2.4GHz and Bluetooth).
The wired model weighs at 53 grams only
while the wireless variant is a bit heavier at 62 grams and comes with up to
100 hours of battery life. It uses HyperX's 26K sensor with DPI settings of up
to 26,000 while the polling rate can go as high as 8,000Hz. HyperX built it
with responsive switches and claims that it can last more than 100 million
clicks.
Finally, the mouse works with the
"HyperX NGENUITY" software so players can easily tweak DPI, RGB
lighting, button mapping, macros, etc.
US price:
- HyperX Clutch Gladiate - USD 34.99
- HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 (wired) - USD 59.99
- HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 (wireless) - USD 79.99
The controller is set to arrive in March
while the gaming mouse models will arrive in April.
