The Galaxy M04 teased by Amazon a few days ago has been officially unveiled by Samsung. It is powered by the Helio P35 SoC, and you get two storage options - 64GB and 128GB. The smartphone has 4GB of RAM onboard, which can be expanded virtually up to 8GB with the RAM Plus feature. The Samsung Galaxy M04 features a 6.5" HD+ LCD and runs Android 12 out of the box. Samsung has promised four years of security updates and "two times OS upgrades" for the M04.
The Galaxy M04 comes with three cameras in
tow - a 5MP selfie shooter on the front with a dual camera setup on the rear
comprising 13MP primary and 2MP depth cameras. The Helio P35-powered smartphone
packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging support. Samsung's press note says
the Galaxy M04 comes bundled with the charger but doesn't reveal how fast it
goes.
The Samsung Galaxy M04 is offered in Sea
Glass Green and Shadow Blue colors and will go on sale in India starting
December 16 through Samsung's official Indian website, Amazon.in, and select
retail outlets. The 4GB/128GB model is priced at INR 8,499 (US$ 105/€ 100), and the
6GB/128GB variant at INR 9,499 (US$ 115/€ 110).
