The ExpertBook B9 (B9400) is powered by a 12th-generation Intel Core i7 processor with Iris Xe graphics and 32 GB of LPDDR5 (5200 MHz) memory. It has Intel Wi-Fi 6 and dual 2 TB SSDs with RAID 0 and RAID 1 for improved data reliability and speed. Despite its ultrathin bezels, the ExpertBook B9 has a webcam, an infrared camera, and a proximity sensor for biometric face login. It has an optional TPM chip for storing passwords and encryption keys.
The 1005-g ExpertBook B9 has a
14.9-mm-thin, 66 Wh battery that lasts nearly a day. Fast-charging brings
either battery to 60% capacity in 49 minutes. Four 360° far-field microphones
and Harman Kardon-certified speakers deliver crisp sound. It has a virtual
assistant with Amazon Alexa integration and a built-in light bar. ASUS
NumberPad 2.0, an LED-illuminated numeric keypad, is also included.
