Oppo Reno9 Pro

The Pro member of the family has a lot in common with the regular Reno9 - they share the same light thin body, the 4,500 mAh battery and the 6.7” AMOLED screen. The 5nm Dimensity 8100 chipset by Mediatek is the most major difference, the other being the camera setup and the presence of MariSilicon X NPU - Oppo’s own platform for advanced image processing, improved 4K Night video and 4K Ultra HDR video.

The Reno9 Pro has a 50MP f/1.8 main shooter with 7P lens and AF, and an 8 MP f/2.2 ultrawide-angle cam with 112-degree FoV. The selfie camera has the same 32MP sensor as the vanilla though. While the vanilla smartphone has the speedier LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage only in the most expensive version, here these are available in both the 16/256 GB and 16/512 GB variants.

Oppo Reno9 Pro comes in Black, Gold, and Pink Gradient. Prices are CNY 3,499 (US$ 490/€ 470) or CNY 3,799 (US$ 532/€ 510), depending on the storage selected. Pre-sales are in order, while sales will commence on December 2.
