Ahead of their official releases, the Motorola Moto Watch 70, Moto Watch 150, and Moto Watch 200 have all appeared on Best Buy Canada with their key specifications and prices listed. The firm’s earlier offering, the “Moto 360,” was powered by Google’s Android Wear OS, which was launched in India in 2021.
With a square 1.69-inch display and a
black zinc alloy case, the “Moto Watch 70” has a design reminiscent of the
Apple Watch. The watch boasts a water-resistance rating of IP67, a heart rate
monitor, SpO2 readings, and other common fitness sensors, as well as an
integrated GPS. The listing specifies support for both Android and iOS,
together with up to 10 days of battery life under normal use and 14 hours under
continuous fitness tracking.
The Moto Watch 150 sports a circular shape
that is very similar to that of the upcoming Moto 360 smartwatch, although it
lacks Wear OS. The watch has a 14-day battery life, a 30.5mm AMOLED display, 5
ATM water resistance, and the majority of the same functions as the 70 model.
It can track your steps, distance, heart rate, Sp02, 24 sport modes, and a lot
more to fit your active lifestyle. It is available in black, rose gold, and
silver colors.
The watch has a 5mm full-color display
with a 348 x 442 pixel resolution. It sports an aluminium case and a silicone
strap for its design. It has numerous functions, including step and distance
tracking, heart rate and Sp02 monitoring, 28 athletic modes, and more. The
smartwatch seamlessly connects to your smartphone, allowing you to receive fast
notifications for messages, calls, and other vital alerts. In addition to 5ATM
water resistance and Bluetooth 5.0, there are additional features.
Since there is no mention of WearOS in the
specifications for the operating system, it is reasonable to infer that the
Moto Watch 70 will run Moto OS, just like the Moto Watch 100 from the previous
year did. The Motorola moto Watch 70 is listed for the price of CA$ 99.99 (US$ 75) while the Motorola moto Watch 200 and Watch 150 isare
listed at CA$ 199.99 (US$ 150).
There has been no official announcement by
Motorola regarding the smartwatch. We anticipate receiving a formal
announcement in the coming weeks, as the devices aren’t available for purchase
yet.
